How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

My child ordered by mistake. Can I get a refund?

We are not responsible for orders placed by minors or children. Please ensure purchases are made under adult supervision.

Can I return used massage products?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on used personal care or wellness items unless they are faulty.

Is my personal information secure?
