✅ Return Eligibility

• You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards and downloadable products

• Customized or clearance items

📦 How to Start a Return

Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not return items without contacting us first.

💰 Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product’s price.
This helps cover handling, inspection, and packaging costs.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

⏳ Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.
